Terms & Conditions

The Goodyear Worry Free Assurance (WFA) is a time-limited FREE tyre replacement program in the event of road hazard damage to Goodyear tyres that are beyond repair. Terms & conditions apply as follows:-

• The Goodyear Worry Free Assurance (WFA) is only valid in Sri Lanka.
• The WFA program is valid for tyres purchased from appointed Goodyear authorized dealers who purchased tyres from the Goodyear authorized distributor, Benedictsons (Pvt) Limited.
• This program applies to all Goodyear consumer tyres from 14” and above
• WFA is valid for 90 days from Date of Purchase AND remaining thread depth not less than 6.5mm or 80% of original tread depth, whichever is lower.
• For claims to be valid, fill out the WFA card at time of purchase and send a picture of the completed card to Whatsapp / Viber number 071 724 1111 within 3 days from date of purchase. All details in the card must be completed.
• To make a claim, present the WFA Card, original dealer’s receipt and damaged tyre to the dealer where the tyre was originally purchased.
• The tyre must be deemed in unrepairable state by the Authorized Goodyear dealer or Distributor
• Damages due to vehicle collision, intentional mishandling, fire, vandalism, and theft will not be covered. In addition, damages caused during inspection and removal of damaged vehicle or by wreaked vehicle parts will not be covered.
• Additional labor charges for wheel balancing and alignment shall be borne by the purchaser.
• No cash compensation is allowed.
• Final decision on validity of WFA claim rest solely with Benedictsons (Pvt) Ltd.
• Benedictsons (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
